There are three other tenants who have their own rooms. It has already been a successful arrangement and was suggested by a friend who needed to live very close to the city centre for a while.
For socialising and entertaining, there is a spacious sitting room with a large open plan kitchen and a balcony which runs the length of the sitting room. The bathroom is shared but there is a second bathroom en-suite to the main bedroom.
The apartment is kept clean and tidy and the space will only work for someone who cleans up after themselves.
Next to the building is a small supermarket. The flat is situated just five minutes walk to all the entertainment in Digbeth, a fifteen minute walk to Moor Street Station/Selfridges and a twenty minute walk to New Street Station.
