Double room - 20mins walk from city center

Searching for a flatmate to take up a Furnished Double room in Digbeth in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment that’s 20 mins walk from birmingham city center. It’s in the Burj apartments with move-in date of 30 June 2025. The £575 does not cover bills. Bills are approx £150 per month once split equally between both of us (Council tax, internet, water, electricity) - no gas bills as the apartment uses electric heating and electric cooking.

I’d prefer someone who is tidy and doesn’t leave dirty dishes or pans/pots on kitchen tables.
