Looking for someone to renew my contract with

Hey! I’m on the hunt for someone to take over a room in a 2-bed flat starting October, as my current flatmate is moving out when our lease ends.

The flat is honestly in a great spot – about a 15 min walk to the city centre and both major train stations. Loads of local shops nearby too, so super handy. The building itself is a bit of a gem – there are three rooftop terraces, plus proper work/study spaces and even private meeting rooms if you ever need them!

As for the flat: it’s bright, comfy, and very chill. The flat did come unfurnished but you’d only need to worry about furnishing your room and bathroom as I’ve covered the living room and kitchen! The room includes a clothes rack with shelves and a bedside table as seen in the photos. But of course feel free to add on to what is there! You’d be living with me – I’m 23, currently a student nurse (so I work all kinds of weird hours). I’m pretty laid back, into cooking, music, and failing at making desserts lol.

Also worth mentioning, I’ve got three cats who are super friendly and love to randomly appear out of nowhere 😂
