Location Digbeth, 2 minutes from the coach station, 10 minutes walk to the bull ring and the custard factory, 15 to New St station. Perfect for short commutes into the city centre.

Furnished studio but big, feels like a 1 bed flat. Nice, modern, clean, shower is nice and good strength (nothing worse than a weak shower), electric radiators, boiler, oven etc. Best part for me is that it is on the corner so it’s got four massive windows, really good natural lighting.

Parking on the street isn’t too bad, I’ve never had to park more than a couple minutes walk away.

Rent is £850/month. Bills not included, water and leccy have been costing me around £100pm.

I have paid a 12 month contract for 1Gb/s Hyperoptic WiFi which I will cover until June.

Building is pretty nice, haven’t had any issues with neighbours.
