Lovely clean shared house with all amenities to a very high standard, wash basins in every room, separate shower room and separate bathroom, toilets on both floors, and well maintained gardens. Patio area. Parking for five cars. Shared areas cleaned twice weekly. Experienced landlord - takes pride in quality service. Tenants must keep kitchen clean and respect others needs. No smoking within the house - outside area only.
