We are a non party house although we appreciate get togethers with a few friends.
Great security being a gated away apartment and has ground floor access to the Patio/communal garden outside.
Local amenities. Since living here I've not had a reason to drive to local shops as everything is very close by.
Located near Dudley Zoo and 15 mins public transport to Russell Halls hospital.
The Highstreet is literally 5 mins walk away and Dudley Bus Station is Max 10 mins walk.
