Double room to rent

Hi, I’ve recently renovated the property all new carpet new wiring and freshly plastered/decorated and am looking to rent the spare room.

Sill a little work going on in property such as panelling in bathroom going up but nothing major left to do, it’s a large house in extended end of terrace with rear garden, front garden, dining room, kitchen downstairs and upstairs toilet, large bath and shower, gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

Double bed with Matress in room and chest of drawers and wardrobe (if not wanted this can be removed)

Myself - I work 7-5 Monday to Friday and commonly have my 2.5 year old over for weekends. Bit of a gamer and a career driven professional in my field.
