Double room with en suite, king sized bed and fitted wardrobes. Medium sized bedroom with single bed, fitted wardrobes, and sole use of main bathroom for the majority of the time. I am at the house in the 3rd room only on very rare occasions, and will be using the bathroom only at that time. The other areas of the house are for general use by both lodgers.
