Double and Single

Hi

I live in a new detached house close to Dudley town centre with great access to Bus routes.

I have a double bed room and a single to let. They share a bathroom that has a bath and shower. Both bedrooms are furnished.

Rent is due first of the month . References required and deposit.

Shared family kitchen with dining area plus separate dining room. Laundry room too.

Three small dogs and son plus myself. Dogs are yappy and can be annoying! Just want to be manage your expectations!

This is a family home. Friendly and relaxing. Nice garden and summer house. Driveway for your car. No smoking inside .

Gas/electric/water/internet included and double room has sky tv and single has freeview and fire stick

No DSS sorry.
