Good size room available in Tipton area, directly opposite the gym, excellent travel connections, you even get a bathroom all to yourself. DSS/Universal Credit applicants welcome as long as you're reliable.

All bills to be split evenly. Full cost is around £550 a month per person including rent and everything except food.
Communal living room, main bathroom is all yours as I have the en suite.
Room is currently unfurnished.
Non smoker ideally.
Must be better than previous flatmate who didn't believe in flushing the toilet. I wish I was kidding.
Number 74 bus goes directly from right outside the door to Dudley, West Brom and Birmingham, so we'll connected.
Tesco, cinema, train station and even Dudley Zoo all within walking distance. Also within a scenic walk along the river distance of Tipton job centre.
Right next door to the Pure Gym.

A little about me;

I'm a bit weird, but an honourable sort. I generally keep to myself but am willing to help. Currently employed but my boss wants to make my whole department redundant under legally dubious logic, hence why I need to fill the spare room. I can get along with most people, I'm just not 'normal', but who wants that anyway? Normal is boring.

Only rules of the house are as follows;
- All bills to be split evenly. They're currently all in my name so if it's easier you can just pay me your half.
- Keep reasonably clean. I'm no neat freak, in fact you may have to do the hoovering because I hate it, but as long as you don't smell like a zombified yak and actually flush the toilet, we should be fine.
- If I keep my current job, you can't be in the living room during office hours as it's a DPA violation at work.
- Don't touch the swords, they're sharp.

If you're in dire straights and need a fresh start, or just need a helping hand to get through a rough patch, this could be what you need.

UPDATE; photos added. Don't mind the items in the room, currently being used as storage. The old bed frame will be disposed of shortly, mattress is still good so if you want it I can keep it around. TV needs some repairs but if you can fix it you can keep it, same goes for the mini fridge. Treadmill will be moved into my room as soon as I have the strength to lift the damn thing. Room can be fully cleared if/when you decide to move in and was recently cleaned with bleach, amoxicillin, holy water and napalm to undo the damage caused by it's former occupant. Same goes for the bathroom.

Please note; some minor damage discovered to the bedroom window. Doest fully close due to an issue with the sliders. Can/will be repaired at my expense so you're not cold.
