It has a lively atmosphere, with great bars, boutique shops, cafes and is bordered by Coventry largest park, the 120 acre War Memorial park.

As well as being a great individual location Earlsdon also has some of the best transport links in Coventry. Direct buses to Warwick and the City Centre (although it is only a 10 minute walk to the city centre) and it is just a 15 minute walk to the train station making it just 35 minutes to Birmingham.

The house:
