Hi,
I have a single bedroom to let in Earlsdon Avenue South in a 2 bedroom flat. The flat is spacious and very nice. I am a staff member in the university of Warwick and ideally i am looking for someone to rent Monday-Friday (£15 a day), but negotiable for full-week (£450 a month). Ideally i am looking for a professional or a PhD student. The flat is 2 minutes from bus stop to university. 2 minutes from the high street with shops, cafes and bars. 15 minutes walk to Coventry city centre.
I am very organized and clean so it would be good to have a roommate that makes my life easy. I love cooking, going out, watching movies and chilling in the weekends. I work from home sometimes so quietness is needed as long as we respect each others' spaces.
