Description
I’m a current postgraduate student studying at the University of Warwick and I’m looking for someone to take over my contract from Feb to October ( 9 months).
The room is lovely and spacious with an en-suite bathroom. There is a desk, a wardrobe and a double bed. The windows are double glazed meaning there is minimal noise from the outside.
The kitchen is shared. There are 2 fridges/freezers, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The room is located in Earlsdon, only 10 mins by bus to the Uni, in a 6 bedroom house on the ground floor. The other housemates are clean and tidy and very friendly so there isn’t anything to worry about.
