All female 4-bed house in Earlsdon

Hi! :) We are 3 female postgraduate students studying at the University of Warwick looking for a 4th person to join our house! We’ve all lived here for different periods of time but share a nice house together that feels like a lovely home :)

We’re a close mix of people from different parts of the world, open and caring, and have become close friends with a spare room to offer as the 4th friend moved in with their partner (a loss for us but we’re glad they’re happy!)

We are a mix of social and introverted, LGBT+, veggie and meat-eaters and like to chat, read, climb, the outdoors, etc. We wouldn’t be keen on the house being very loud as it is a relaxing home where we all come to rest from our busy days, so if you’re always up for a hosting a party this might not be the house for you😅!

We share 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and there’s an outside garden area.

We’re a flexible house and don’t really have many rules except being kind and respectful to others and keeping communal spaces tidy.

***Bills***
We split bills equally. Bills fluctuate as heating costs more in the winter, but please bear in mind, as we’re all students we’d have to come to a shared agreement on heating and things like that.
