Small Room for rent /living with family

Hi, looking for a student to take up a small room in our house, we are looking for somebody who doesn’t mind to share a house with family ( young kids) ,we are North Indian family and would prefer somebody who doesn’t eat beef/no smoking/no party lovers either.. Preferably a female student as I will comfortable with that. Rent will £400, short term let preferred like 2-3 months minimum. we are very close to Coventry university and good public transport to travel to city centre or Warwick university.
