Double room available in Earlsdon

I am a live-in landlord with one double room available to rent. The house is just a few minutes from the Earlsdon Street. Although no off road parking available, there is a lot of street parking. I am looking for someone from the 20th of January onwards. I am not usually at the property 80% of the time, during this time the entire house is available for your sole use. The lounge has two sofas and a large TV, broadband is included. The bedroom for rent has a 50 inch TV within it, the TV lounge is 75 inches. Smoking is only permitted outside in the garden. Please be aware there may at times be a dog (gorgeous one! see pic) staying in the house on the rare occasions I am there. The house is metres from a fantastic Irish café (O'Tooles) with great transport links. Coventry city centre is around a 10-15 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive/uber. There are also bus stops within 50 metres of the property to the city centre, Warwick and Stratford.
