Room to rent in large house in Earlsdon, Coventry

Hello,
My girlfriend and I currently live in a decently-sized 4-bed house with 2 other people. They're moving out - one is moving back in with his parents and the other bought a dog which doesn't get on with my girlfriend's cat. There is 1 large room (a loft conversion) and 1 small room (on the first floor) which my girlfriend and I take, the other 2 rooms are also on the first floor and are medium-sized with double beds. The lounge has a big corner sofa and a nice tv with an amazon fire stick, nintendo switch and wii. The dining room has a large wooden table and 4 wooden chairs. The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms (1 next to the kitchen and 1 on the first floor) which we all share. The garden is a good size with some patio, some grass and side access. Everything is pretty much fully furnished with mine and my girlfriend's stuff. Bills (per month and per person) are roughly as follows:
Rent - £400
Gas+electric - £75
Council tax - £40
Water - £12.50
Wifi - £10
Total - £537.50
I'm 23, male, I work full-time in the office and I'm into all things health and fitness, self-improvement and business/entrepreneurship. My girlfriend is 21, female, works full time from home and is into music (she wants to be a singer) and socialising. We have someone else (29, female) moving in too who likes running and games nights.
Ideally, we'd like someone around our age and/or looking to make new friends as we don't have many ourselves. I'd say about 80% of the time we're on it with the washing up, tidying, washing etc. so we'd like someone the same. We're all pretty sociable and would like someone who wants to join in with potential game nights, movie nights, barbecues etc.
