Double Room to Rent in Coventry - £530PCM ALL IN!

Hello,
My boyfriend and I currently live in a decently-sized 4-bed house with 2 other people. They're moving out hence why we’re looking for someone 😊 There is 1 large room (a loft conversion) and 1 small room (on the first floor) which my got partner and I take, the other 2 rooms are also on the first floor and are medium-sized with double beds. We have a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and the house comes pretty much fully furnished although you’d need to get a chest of drawers for your room 🥲 There are 2 bathrooms which we all share. The garden is very large but still a work in progress! Bills (per month and per person) are roughly as follows:
Rent - £400
Gas+electric - £75
Council tax - £40
Water - £12.50
Wifi - £10
Total - £537.50

Ideally, we'd like someone around our age (early 20s) and/or looking to make new friends! I'd say about 80% of the time we're on it with the washing up, tidying, washing etc. so we'd like someone the same :)
