Lovely room to rent in the heart of Earlsdon

We have a lovely double room available in our welcoming, lived-in home, ideally located in the heart of Earlsdon with great transport links, coffee shops, and restaurants just a short walk away.

My partner and I both work full time and are looking for a friendly, respectful person to rent a room in our home. We also have a very friendly cat, although she tends to spend most of her time exploring outdoors.

The bedroom is next to the main bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower and a separate freestanding bath. There’s also a separate toilet downstairs. Shared use of living room, kitchen and garden.

Parking located on street.

All bills are included, including council tax and broadband.
