About the house in general:
Spacious mid-terrace house with some period features. This house is fully furnished with lovely rooms and a spacious, well-maintained garden, which we hope will help tenants feel at home and well, particularly when there are local lockdown restrictions.

We are seeking people who are clean, tidy and will also take care of the house to be housemates. This house is licensed with Coventry City Council and conforms to all the latest health and safety regulations. We have been awarded Best Landlord in Coventry by Warwick Students Union in 2022.

Location:
Convenient and desirable location in the heart of Earlsdon along quiet and safe street with local shops and pubs round the corner. Street parking without restrictions available.

Transport and proximity to shops:
- 1 min walk to nearest corner shop, and 2 mins walk to the next one which has a great selection of wine frequently with good discounts
- 3-5 minute walk to local butcher, pubs, hairdresser, local take-aways
- 3 minute walk to bus stop with buses to city centre, Coventry University and No. 11 to Warwick University
- 10 minute walk to local Co-op supermarket and Earlsdon high street where there are good restaurants, pubs, pharmacy and independent shops
