I have one bedroom left in an amazing house in the Earlsdon area of Coventry. This property has recently been fully refurbished and has a lovely homely feel.

This property is close to the City Centre, train station and the No12 bus stop is a few minutes walk away which will take you straight Warwick University.

The property would suit professionals, post-graduates, Phd students, Erasmus and foreign students or undergraduates who are looking for a quiet, peaceful home. There is currently one post graduate student living at the property and another moving in during September and the property is for Females only please.

The house has three extremely large bedrooms and two of the bedrooms have double beds. The property is very spacious and there is a modern kitchen and bathroom. There is a communal living room with a dining table and plenty of parking outside the property. The property is fully furnished so there is nothing to purchase prior to moving in.

All bills are included and there is Wifi internet connection. Council Tax is not payable if you are a full time student.

The bedrooms will become available in August/September.
