Lovely Furnished Double Room in Quiet 2-Bed House

**This room is suitable for a mature student - perhaps a medic, PhD or MSc.**

I am seeking a lodger for a lovely furnished bedroom in my cosy, two-bed terraced house on a quiet road in Earlsdon. It's very close to Earlsdon's shops and restaurants, and just a few minutes' walk from Coventry city centre. Frequent buses to Warwick Uni are very near.

I am the owner-occupier, a mature student at Warwick and live here alone. You would be sharing with only me and my little cat who loves giving affection. I spend a weekend or two per month away.

I am looking for someone tidy and quiet.

Water and unlimited broadband are included in the rent, but we split electric and gas costs (about £20 per month per person). As I am a student, I don't pay Council Tax, which is why I'm looking for other students. The lounge has a massive television, and there is also a nice kitchen and a lovely refurbished bathroom.
