- No loud music/ noise after midnight, senior neighbours;
- No heater or high kW equipment in room, top quality Central heating keeps the house warm well.
- No friends overnight stay please, very occasionally family/bf/gf/partner visit overnight stay is acceptable, but not too frequently please, otherwise extra cost occurs by negotiation;
- Pictures will be taken when you move in, any damage to the house and room will be compensated based on decorator or builder's receipt towards the real repair work;
