Just one en-suite room remaining in a warm and comfortable house offering good accommodation for students with campus being a 15 minutes bike ride or a 10-minute bus ride.

The house is very close to several major bus routes, with buses going every few minutes at peak periods. The area is very popular with students, with good shops, parks, café's and nightlife located within a few minutes walk.

The house was refurbished this summer is fully double glazed with gas central heating and has a very large kitchen/dining room (6m * 2. 75m), equipped with plenty of cupboards and worksurfaces plus the usual fridge freezer, electric cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle.

There is a communal lounge (3. 8m * 3. 5m) with IKEA settee and chairs.

The garden (maintained by the landlord) is paved and provides a useful space to relax in the summer.

There are four study bedrooms:

The prices are based on a 10 month tenancy agreement, with discounts available for longer agreements. Broadband is included in the price but other utility bills are excluded. As you'll deal directly with the landlord (no letting agents involved) there's no fees to pay. All you pay is your refundable deposit of £500 (lodged with the Deposit Protection Service), and your rent.
