A lovely single spacious room is available to rent in a wonderful 3 bedroom house in Earlsdon, Coventry. The house is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the Ealsdon High Street and 15 minutes to Coventry train station.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 spacious lounge, a large kitchen, 1 bathrooms, a box room and also a garden.
The kitchen is a favourite spot, with a cosy dinner area and all utensils available. There is a washing machine and plenty of space for drying laundry.
Currently there are 3 professional ladies living in the house, 2 English, 1 Spanish (30-32 years old) and we enjoy a good meal together or a glass of wine.
We ideally would be looking for a professional lady between 25 and 35.
The monthly rent is £259 plus bills (gas+electricity+internet+wate r+ council tax). It varies a little bit from summer to winter, but bills would normally total around £80 per month per person. The deposit is £325.
