2 big rooms available since the 1st of May

We are two girls to, unfortunately, move out from the house. You will share the house with two lovely and very nice erasmus students from Germany. They study to Warwick Uni and are 22 and 23.
They would like to live with nice, sociable and funny roomates who loves meet people and party sometimes.
2 rooms are available :
- 1 downstairs, big one, big window, sink in the room : 260/month
- 1 upstairs, very very big one, sink in the room : 320/month
The house is well furnished and close to the bus stop for Warwick University and for the city centre. You can also go in the centre by food (15min).
There is several shops around where you can buy everything you need.
The neighborhood is very nice, a lot of erarsmus people leave there. You will meet a lot of international students who are very lovely.
There is no better place to live :)
