Ground floor has large hallway leading to the kitchen.
Extended well equipped kitchen includes breakfast table/chairs, Fridge freezer and washing machine. The extension also includes a ground floor toilet/shower room.
First floor we have a large double bedroom and a single bedroom available. Each room has a table, chair and wardrobe. There is also a bathroom/toilet situated on the first floor.
The house has off road parking for two cars, double glazing throughout with central heating. We also provide unlimited WIFI throughout.
The local amenities include library, chemist, supermarkets, Warwick university/town centre bus stops all within an easy 5 mins walk.
The train station, town centre, Coventry university and large park are all within 10 mins walk.
