Double Room to Rent

Hi guys,

There is a double room available in our house in Earlsdon area (Albany Road). The room is fully furniushed and bright with views to the garden and the house 10 min walking from city centre and the train station.

It is a 6 bedroom house, there is a great atmosphere as we all get on with each other. Currently we are 1 boy and 4 girls (4 italians 1 english).

The price is 75 pounds per week (326ppm) + gas and electricity (water and wifi are included).

We are preferible looking for a worker rather than student due to council tax payment (or a student willing to share council tax payments (around 20 pounds per month).

Room available from the 15th of May, looking for someone able to move as soon as possible
