My previous housemate has moved to London and I'm looking for someone new to take her room.
The practical stuff: the house is in a great location, 5 mins from Earlsdon high street, 15 mins from Cov train station and about 20 mins walk to the city centre. Rent is £325 and bills come to around £125 a month, and the house is fully furnished. I've been here for a year and the landlord is great and really quick to sort out any problems. Whoever moves in will also need to go on the lease and all the checks are carried out by the estate agent.
A bit about me: I'm a civil servant working in Earlsdon doing usual office hours. I'm a clean and friendly housemate (so I've been told). In my spare time I like all the usual things; going out for food, drinks in the pub and travelling to see friends. I'm hoping for someone similar!
