- 10 minute walk to Memorial Park
- 15 minute cycle from Warwick University

The local GP Practice is located at the top of the road. There is plenty of on-street parking.

Current tenants are post-graduate medical students. The room would suit a student or a professional, as the tenants are often at university or hospital during the weekdays.

A deposit is payable to the out-going tenant and there will be no agency fees to pay.
