Single room- close to city centre and universities

A nicely sized single room with large desks and plenty of storage space including a chest or drawers and shelves. The room is located on the top floor of the house to ensure the host has their own space and privacy.
The house is a large Victorian house within walking distance from Birmingham city centre, with 10 min walk from 5 Ways train station., canals and plenty of shops and attractions. There is a large living space, kitchen and garden as this is a family home, with internet, broadband etc.
We are looking for a kind, flatmate who isn't afraid or allergic to cats as we have two. We don't have many strict rules or guidelines but we respect your privacy and hope that you'd do the same - such as if you want anyone to stay over you discuss with me beforehand. The flatmate can be as independent as they wish.
The house is also close to Birmingham and Aston University via bus, BCU and UCB making the house ideal for students, foreign and English. Both Aston, BCU and UCB universities are with walking distance.
Ideally we are looking for students who want to stay for the academic year.
