I'm a post graduate dental student looking for a flatmate for August 2019-August 2020 in a two bedroom apartment in Edgbaston.
An ensuite, double bedroom in a fully furnished apartment in Hemisphere is available, perfect for students, post graduate students or young professionals. The flat is in a modern block with a concierge, next door to Aldi and Edgbaston Cricket Ground. There are two ensuite rooms, one slightly smaller (pictured) with a larger bathroom for £435 a month, or one slightly larger, also with an ensuite for £465 a month. Either room is available and I will be staying in the other.
Water is included, bills for electricity and internet will be split between the two of us but has never been over £25-£30 each/month. Please drop me a message if you are interested in coming and viewing or have any other questions!
