Friendly, sociable house

We are Mo, Amy, Eleanor and Laura and we are looking for a like minded person to join our fun and happy household for when Eleanor moves out at the end of the month. We are all in our mid 20's/early 30s and are graduates.

We all do different jobs. Eleanor is a social workers, Mo works works for Birmingham city council, Amy is a teacher and Laura works in recruitment. We didn't know each other before moved into the house but we get on really well.

The room available is a large double.. it’s £300 pcm and bills are £85 for everything. We have fibre optic broadband, cleaner every week, gardener in the summer, 24 maintenance.
