Renting out my flat

I am renting out the masterbedroom with En-suit in my flat as I have to move out for a new job in London.

You will have the flat all to your self most of the time (technically renting the whole place) except when I pop back again to Birmingham every now and then.

The flat is fully furnished with modern appliances and all bills are included. It is very close to city centre (10 min walk to New street station and Broad street amenities).

Looking for a clean and tidy flat mate who I can trust to look after the flat in my absence.

Smoking is ok strictly on the balcony or windows, no smoking indoors. Small pets only can be tolerated.

Students can enquire subject to security deposit and guarantor.
