Edgbaston room for let

Hi

This is my home and only property I let, I was planning on living in the flat but work circumstances changed and I had to live away from Birmingham, so am now renting the rooms to anyone who will take care of the flat.

This is a great period flat, with three double bedrooms plus large living room and extra large kitchen. Fully equipped flat with Flat is in Edgbaston, B16 postcode. There's a easy bus access to city centre, about 15 minutes, but also tram line runs past, with nearby station when it opens.

I am looking for short term let.
