This lovely flat is in a fantastic location, just 10 minutes from the city centre and close to Birmingham and Aston University. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx 10 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a very friendly lady, aged 95. She is looking for companionship and the reassurnace of an overnight presence in her home, plus someone to help her with some small tasks such as; cooking, odd chores in the home and accompanying her with food shopping.

The suitable sharer could be either working or studying but should have some time available during their week, mainly early evenings onwards to offer some household support. The Householder is a very friendly, chatty and independent lady who is looking for some overnight reassurance and good company, as now, more than ever, this lady feels a little lonely and isolated.

The property is a lovely very well maintained ground floor flat. The sharer will have their own large bedroom with single bed, wardrobe and dressing table. There are large private gardens and off street parking is also available.

We have various policies in place to allow shares to take place during the Covid Pandemic and safety of both parties is our first priority.
