Friendly graduate houseshare

Hi Rhys and Asashmi. We have a friendly, happy house and we are looking to find a two new housemates.

We are both in our 20’s and looking for a couple of graduates/professionals to complete our houseshare. We have diverse hobbies and interests. We have enough in common to make it work but the differences make things interesting.

Tomas is originally from Poland. He works for a big accountancy practice in the tax team. He is into cycling, hiking and bouldering in his spare time. Rhys was a railway engineer

We have different hobbies and interests but all get together well. We are looking for someone who will fit in and call the place home.

We have a small double room available now at £250 plus £85 for the bills. The bills include everything including fibre optic broadband, a cleaner every week and a gardener in the summer. We have a dedicated maintenance team and landlord who is quickly contactable. It’s like a serviced apartment.

We have all the usual mod cons of professional houseshare- modern kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer. Communal spaces are kept brilliantly clean and tidy.

Our landlords owns a number of graduate house shares. You can connect with other houseshares on the same road or in really close proximity. The are really good opportunities to meet other young professionals/graduates outside of the house.

The house is on the main bus route in to town (20 mins) and on direct route to the University of Birmingham (15mins). We are 2 mins from the local gym and swimming pool and 10 minutes from the High Street.
