We are an Italian postgrad couple without kids and, we are looking to rent one room to either a couple or a working professional. You would have the luxury of having the house primarily for yourself as we travel a lot for work. Overall the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges and one bathroom and is based in Selsey road.
We are looking for pretty tidy people, and we are both 40 and 39 respectively.
It would be great to have somebody happy to socialise within a similar age bracket.
There is easy parking on the road.
The rent is £425 with most bills inclusive (internet, council tax, water etc.), nonetheless gas will be split on a monthly 50/50 basis (at the moment, £140 p/m to be shared)
