1. Extra-large double room (Rent = £550 per month)


The rent mentioned includes bills-Council Tax, water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi. The house is located in a very convenient area; for instance, the University of Birmingham and QE Hospital are just a 5-minute walk away. Selly Oak town, with shops, a gym, restaurants, and grocery stores including Sainsbury's, Aldi, and Asda, is a 10-minute walk away. The bus station to the city center is 2 minutes away, and the railway station is a 7-minute walk.

For those who enjoy canal walks and parks in the evening, they are just a few meters away. There is plenty of parking available, and a small backyard for summer BBQs and get-together parties. The house is fully furnished, and the rooms come with a double bed, large table, office chair, and wardrobe. The living room and kitchen include a dining table with chairs, sofa set, 2 fridge freezers, microwave oven, gas stove and grill, washing machine, and dryer. There are 2 washrooms in the house, shared among the tenants.

The house is managed by a renowned property management/letting agency in the UK, and they handle all maintenance and repairs.
