Our spare bedroom is in a 4 bedroom student house in Edgebaston, right by the Edgebaston resevoir.
The property location is 23 Harold Road, Edgebaston, Birmingham.
The tenancy is for 12 months from 1/7/22 - 30/6/23 although we could take a couple months off if you wont stay the full duration.
The rent is £480/month INCLUDING bills with a £550 security deposit which is given back at the end. I believe non-students can stay but council tax must be paid if not a student.

We are currently a group of 3 students aged 19-20. All of us are quite easy going, even though we sometimes go out, we often keep to ourselves most of the time.
