Flat room for rent

Females only! 3rd floor flat in Edgbaston for rent for 5 months until January, I have had to move out so need someone to fill the room! 20 mins or less to city centre, and university. All bills included with the price but this may vary depending but should be no more than £485 per month. It is furnished with a bed, and a tv stand. Shared bathroom and kitchen, but the roommate is lovely and easy to get along with!! She has a dog, he is very friendly and excited, loves to cuddle!
