Friendly, Chilled , Graduate Houseshare

We are a group of young professional people sharing a Grad. community house in Edgbaston, Birmingham. We have three spaces that have become available and therefore are looking for young graduates, postgraduate students, international exchange students or apprentices/interns to join our household.

We have a welcoming house for those who are new to the city. We are looking for people who are friendly considerate and above all are interested in sharing experiences. Grad. community has other houses within a short distance. You therefore have the opportunity to meet our community of young professional people including postgraduates and apprentices both from the UK and internationally.

The house is very spacious, with large double bedrooms 3.3m x 4.6m and the king size with a double and triple wardrobe is over 5m in length. The large central staircase gives the house a very open and spacious feel and the bedrooms are spread out. Thus you can be quiet in your own room or join in depending upon your mood or work load. The kitchen leads to the centre of a large patio and garden. We have a versatile games / media space, perfect if you wish to invite people over.

We are looking to create a mixed diverse house. The main ingredient is that you care about who you live with. The ethos of Grad. community is that the household choose who they live with, which is essential for a happy, sociable household.

There are multiple Internet access points dotted around the house, two washing machines an eco tumble dryer and a dishwasher. A large lounge with enough seating for all the tenants for cosy night in, a kitchen diner and games room with darts and table tennis.

We have an outbuilding for bicycles and off road parking for up to 5 cars. A bus stop outside provides easy access to the city centre, the QE Hospital or University of Birmingham.
