Gradshare is a rental experience designed for young graduates and professionals often new to Birmingham. You are not simply renting a room but joining a community of like-minded housemates.
Gradshare places the housemates at the centre of the rental experience. When a vacancy arises in one of the houses, as is the case now, the existing housemates take responsibility for vetting and showing new housemates round. Gradshare is about fitting like-minded people together. You choose them and they choose you.

We are 5 lovely folks in a 6 bed shared accommodation.
We require one last person to join us in our new "home away from home".
