Hi All,
I have 3 large double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms to rent in a wonderful Victorian property with parking and a long garden to the back. The house is clean and has all mod cons, all the rooms are large doubles furnished with double bed, desk, drawers and hanging space/cupboard, plus plenty of space for extra things if needed.
I am a live in landlord but will normally be away for periods, so for the most part there are 3 people living in this 3 bed/2 bath house, which works comfortably well.
Not fussed by professional or student, the only requirement is that you are nice and respectful to the property and want to treat it like your home!
There are also 2 staircases to this very characterful property.
Location is a short ride (about 4 mins by car/10-15min walk) to Birmingham University, and even closer to the City Centre (5mins by car).
I studied at Cambridge and now work mostly in London, spend time between London-Birmingham but also travel a lot. Love to play all kinds of sports, leisure activities, organise food nights, films, reading but also very happy to myself when that is needed. The other flatmates are working professionals, super friendly, tidy and respectful. Hopefully you are too :).
