Double room ensuite in 3bhk

Hello, this is a 3-bed flat with 3 bathrooms so each room is essentially an ensuite. One of us is moving out for an opportunity and we’re looking for someone to take over her room.

The 2 of us (your new flatmates) are both working professionals, mostly wfh. We cook a lot and are happy to have a meal together. We’re respectful of each other space and like to keep the shared space clean and tidy.

The flat is within 15-20 mins to the city by bus, or a 15-20min walk to a large Morrisons, the gym and theatres. Loads of take away/eateries nearby too. The area is pretty quite and there is a bus stop just 2 mins away with many frequent buses. Free parking space is available if needed.

We’d prefer a working professional to share the council tax equally. If you’re OK to take a third of the council tax as a student, then you’re welcome :)

It is an en-suite room with a smart tv in the room as well a TV in the communal area.
