The apartment has two toilets and a separate bath/shower room.

The apartment also has a study which is available as a shared space between its two occupants. There are two parking permits available for the apartment.

There is currently another professional female living in the apartment (30 years old), so looking for someone who shares similar qualities such as being considerate, clean and respectful to maintain a positive living environment in the apartment.

All bills are included in the monthly rent payment.

The rental term can be tailored to suit the individual (anywhere between 6 to 8 months), with the room available from the 2nd of November.

The apartment is conveniently located within a five minute walk of Five Ways train station and tram link, and Victoria Square and New Street station can be reached on foot in twenty minutes.
