Double room by Broad Street

We have one double room available, looking for someone who is okay with late nights or also works late nights or in hospitality as we all work in bars/clubs. No preference otherwise. Contract renews on the 29th June however the room is available from the 1st June as one housemate is moving out, whereas we would like to stay here. You would be put onto the tenancy upon renewal. Happy to meet up with the interested person or show them around the house before they make a decision. Please note that we have 2 cats that the landlord is aware of, and we may consider you to have/bring a pet as long as it is not a dog.
