Nice Room for Rent in Edgbaston, Near City Center!

I hope you find this proposal interesting.

I am renting a room in my house in Edgbaston, conveniently located near the city centre. It's just a 10-minute walk to Broad Street, 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop, 10 minutes to the market, and only a 1-minute walk to an Off Licence that's open 7 days a week.

The house is quite spacious, with a very comfortable kitchen that has large cupboards and two big fridges. We also have a large garden where we often have barbecues with friends. The available room shares a bathroom with just one other room. The house has three bathrooms in total: one shared between the other two rooms and a downstairs bathroom for communal use.

We have a garage in front of the house that fits one car, and there is also a rear entrance to the garden that can accommodate a motorcycle if needed. The house has four bedrooms in total; three are currently occupied, and only one is available at the moment. Additionally, two more rooms will become available for rent on July 23rd.

My wife and I live in one of the rooms and are the landlords of the house. We are looking for a tenant who is clean and organised, ideally someone who will fit in well with our household.
