Grad/professional friendly houseshare

Two rooms available in a fun and friendly graduate/professional houseshare.

Hi we are Callum and Iris, we have a couple of rooms available in our lovely houseshare. The first room is £300 plus bills £140 (for everything). This is a small double at the back of the house. The second room is a medium sized double. It's a bigger room with room for a desk in the window. It's downstairs at the front of the house.
House is geared towards grads/professionals- fibre optic broadband, washer/dryer, cleaner every week, gardener in the summer months, dedicated maintenance team and friendly and efficient landlord.
A bit about us. Callum is a maths teacher and Iris works in mental health services. We are looking for someone in their 20s like us who wants to share with other like minded grads/professionals. We are friendly and laid back. We like a chat but respect each others privacy also.
