Excellent Student Accommodation available for 5 students in 5 bedroom house. Fully fitted kitchen - dishwasher, fridge freezer etc. We are looking for sensible individuals who are non smokers. We will arrange cleaners to the property periodically although we expect the occupants to keep the place in good condition. We provide Wi Fi and some bills are paid by us. We will also arrange for bins to be collected as and when due. This is a great place for students who are interested in a conducive living space. Spacious with patio and garden. Convenient as it is close to the city centre and close to Birmingham's student institutions.
